What is Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® and how is it different from Usui Reiki?

Usui Reiki is the traditional foundation of modern Reiki healing, working with universal life force energy to restore balance. Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® is an advanced system that works specifically with the energy of compassion. It is particularly effective for healing deep grief, trauma, and long-held emotional patterns. I It is ideal for breaking old habits, addressing addictions, and fostering compassionate actions in general. As a Reiki Master Teacher in both lineages, Ivona weaves both into her sessions based on what each client needs.

Do I need any spiritual background to work with you?

No. Many clients come with no experience of Reiki, Kabbalah, or any spiritual practice. The only requirement is an openness to healing and a genuine readiness to change.

Are online sessions as effective as in-person?

Yes. Reiki energy is not bound by physical proximity. Distance Reiki healing is a well-established practice and many clients report equally profound experiences from online sessions.

How many sessions do I need?

This varies by individual. Many clients feel significant shifts after a single session, while deeper transformation work unfolds over a series. An honest assessment will always be offered after your first session.
